Assignment of copyright for saved images

Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to Irish legislation.

Definitions

• "Saved images": New JPEG images created by this service when the 'save' button is clicked.
• "Service": All services provided by Studio Shortcut.
• "Source images": Images provided by you in the course of using this service.
• "We": Studio Shortcut. (Kevin Comiskey trading as Studio Shortcut)
• "You": Yourself individually, or if you are using this service on behalf of a legal entity (such as a corporate employer) then "you" refers to that legal entity.

Your obligations

• You must legally be an adult.
• You must be a fully paid-up user of this service.
• You must have and maintain full copyright for all source images.
• If you are using this service on behalf of a legal entity, you must have full authority to bind that legal entity to this agreement.

If you do not fully meet these obligations you are not authorised to use this service and this agreement does not apply.

Assignment

We assign full copyright for all saved images to you, for an unlimited period of time. We also waive any rights to being identified as the author.

For the avoidance of doubt, this assignment does not include images generated by our software and displayed on screen.

Studio Shortcut
